How to choose

Light beans are aromatic and fruity and suit filter methods. Medium ones are sweet and balanced and work in any brewer. Medium-dark and dark profiles have more body and less acidity, which is what espresso and milk drinks need. If you cannot decide, the Discovery gift box lets you taste four of them, and the subscription sends a new one every month.

Every bag is best within 6 weeks of the roast date. Recipes are in the brewing guide; grinders, drippers and kettles are on the brewing gear page; delivery costs are on the shipping page.
